How to Book
Want to know what the booking process looks like before you make the plunge? I'll do you one better and lay out the whole process for you; from booking, to planning, to receiving your final photos!
1.Fill out Form
Fill out the form on my contact page, tell me a little about yourself - how you met, when you got engaged, what your wedding wishes are, etc. Find out if I'm still available for your date and we'll set up a Video Call/Facetime appointment. The best time to reach out is 9-12 months before your wedding date.
2.Video Call
During the Video Call we'll get to know each other a little bit, talk about your wedding ideas, go over my services, and I'll answer any questions you may have. After the call I will send you a recap email of what we discussed & a quote.
3.Contract & Retainer
Once we're agreed on the details & you want to move forward with me, I'll send you a contract for your review & signature. Once that's signed and the $1,000 non-refundable retainer fee is paid your date is officially booked! This ensures that you have a photographer and I have a job that day:)
Once you Book:
4.Plan Engagement Shoot
Next we'll plan your engagement shoot: pick a location, date & time. You will get these photos in 2-3 weeks. You can use these for your save the dates, invitations, your wedding website, or even for your table numbers!
5.Confirm Details
A month before your wedding date your remaining balance will be due. We'll also schedule another phone/video call and go over your timeline, your family structures, bridal party and other wedding details. Knowing who's who in the family, who may need assistance (i.e. grandparents), and what time they will arrive will help me streamline the portrait session so you can spend more time hanging out and enjoying your wedding.
6.Wedding Day!
Once I arrive you should be hair & makeup ready, but not in your dress or wearing your jewelry yet. I'll guide you through the day as I'm taking pictures, grabbing candid moments as well as formal shots of you and your bridal party. Gents - please be pants & shirt ready so me or my second shooter can capture you getting ready (putting on cufflinks, shoes, tie, boutonniere, etc.) I will do my part to make your day run smoothly so that you can focus on having fun & getting married!
After WEdding:
7.Sneak Peek
Within 3 days you will receive a sneak peek of your wedding photographs! These are usually 20-30 edited photos that you can immediately post, share, or even use for your Thank You cards.

8.Gallery Delivery
6-7 weeks from your wedding date, expect an email in your inbox that will lead you to your fully edited, password-protected gallery with all your high resolution images! You can download your photos from the gallery and I highly encourage you to not only save the photos on your computer but to back them up on a flash drive or cloud storage (which you can also do directly from the gallery).
9.Albums
If you didn't include an album in your package, you can still choose to have me design your album after your wedding! You can either choose your own photos for your album or have me choose your photos for you. You also have the printing rights to design your own wedding album!
